Here is another interpretation of a PTB photo.
Okay… so my brother keeps taking photos of faces in walls so I’m starting to illustrate them with what I see. Possibly a story will come of it. Only time will tell.
I’m going to work on speed drawing for the rest of the year. Expect more.
1. Don’t read the sensor cleaning instructions. All of them, everywhere on the web.
There are important things to know about your Digital SLR:
2. I had a smudge on my sensor, some sort of grease spot that was showing up in landscapes, so I decided to use some fluid to clean the sensor. Turns out I was one of the unlucky ones who owns a sensor with an uneven coating on the AA (Anti-Aliasing) filter, and the ECLIPSE fluid reacted badly with it I think. Now I have a dark amoeba in my sky shots… sigh. More info on the potential problem.
Sometimes doing things on this here internet thing just isn’t so well documented and google can’t help to save it’s life. But after a half-day of searching if found out that you have to include:
Inbetween the call for the sidebar and the call for <sidebar> and the <footer> in wordpress, otherwise the background stops repeating at the bottom of the sidebar in wordpress.
NOTE TO SELF: REMEMBER TO SEARCH THE SOFTWARE FORUM’S FIRST
So last night I was working on the Communicado website project and I was trying to figure out how to represent an one of their bots (agents). Since I’m always down to create 3d objects, I whipped out this robot in about an hour. When I’m done with the final project I’ll put up the swf and you can see how this translated to a 2d icon.
I think I have my 3d to 2d pipeline for isometric icons pretty dialed in at this point. Once I get a bit of free time I’ll document my setup for other people.
