I was annoyed today because I had a bazillion finder windows open and so I wondered why there wasn’t a tabbed finder view, like there is with all the modern browsers so I did some google’n and came up with this:

So far, it works incredibly well.

It has tabbed folders, and if you hit command-u it shows two folders up at once.

Okay… so i’m learning that it’s a good idea to have the system units configured properly before you start trying to do any animation or modeling in 3ds max, otherwise things get weird.

I’m setting up to block out some animation and I’d like like to use meters for the scale.

So in my system units 1 Unit = .01
Meters

CATUnits Scale =.8

Goal, have the fingers not look wonky when I add digits. Under .4 CATUnits and the fingers pop out about half a meter long.

You can then save the file, and when you select suite settings in bridge, it shows up there.
